The Cottage Grove Planters Society

​Greetings! We are The Cottage Grove Planters Society. We are neighborhood residents that want to celebrate our neighborhood with beauty and creativity. We love our community and want to show our love.

We are engaging the entire community in an ongoing, long lasting  beautification effort involving school children, community businesses and other organizations located near the 20 planters in the Chatham community.

Each of our planters have artwork that was designed by professional artists and produced by creative school students from various schools (each school is listed on our Participating Schools page). This project hopes to foster cooperation, communication, pride and beauty created and enjoyed by all.

The Cottage Grove Planters Event of 2024 went off with great success. We had esteemed writer, J. Coyden Palmer of the jcoydenreport.com, in attendance on one of the days and he wrote a tremendous article about us.
